  • Shipping Policy

    We aim to make shipping simple and affordable for all our customers. Please review our shipping rates and policies below:

    UK Orders 🇬🇧

    • Free shipping on orders of £35 or more.
    • For orders under £35, a flat shipping fee of £3.50 applies.

    Hong Kong Orders 🇭🇰

    • Free shipping on orders of £85 or more.
    • For orders under £85, a flat shipping fee of £3.5 applies.
    • Due to high shipping costs to Hong Kong, we will ship all orders on the 15th and last day of each month.

  • Return Policy

    Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on our handmade products. Each piece is carefully handcrafted, inspected, and securely packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

    However, if you receive your order broken or damaged, please contact us via the Contact Us form within 5 days of delivery, including your order details and a photo of the issue. We will be happy to assist you and find the best solution.

    Please note that we can only consider claims for items that arrived damaged. Requests made after 5 days of delivery will not be eligible for review.
